OUR LORD WHO HOLDS OUR HANDS

The Lord has each individual who trusts in Him  in His direct care. He holds each one of us  by the hand to comfort us and assure us and to keep us from falling.

Isaiah writes of God holding our hands  to calm our fears.  “For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.              -  Isaiah 41 verse 13.

His strength holds us from falling as the Psalmist assures us. “The Lord directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the Lord holds them by the hand.”  Psalm 37 verse 23 - 24.
