You are the One who lifts my head

You are my shield and my glory

I call to You, You answer me

From your mountain so holy

I will not fear though on every side  

Tens of thousands they assail  me

Though I lie down and sleep

I wake again, for You sustain me.

Arise, Lord! My God!

 How many turn against me 

Arise, Lord! My God!

 Save me from my enemies.
