OUR FATHER WHO IS THE JUDGE

The book of Ecclesiates chapter 11 verse 10 says this;

So then, banish anxiety from your heart and cast off the troubles of your body,  for youth and vigor are meaningless.

Aimed at those who are in their youth, this verse counsels us to remember that the energy and drive of youth are fleeting and in fact will be the basis on which we will be judged by God and so we would be wise to keep away from angst and stress. 

As well, we must not obsessively concern ourselves with our physical appearance and health for these things, when measured against the backdrop of eternity, are meaningless.
